So, Your Beta Guardian is now dead. But how did it die?
Let's try and lighten up the forums a little bit, shall we?
Tell us all the story of how your Guardian died! Their final moments..
What were they doing? What were they thinking?
So to get the ball rolling...
MY Guardian died after trying to get it on with that big ol' handsome Fallen, y'know, the one that jumped on the car?
Yeah.. needless to say it didn't end well.
TL;DR. Don't spank a fallen.

It was caused by the addiction of power. The gunslinger, wielder of the sun, corrupted by, ironically, the darkness. The power flowing through him causing him to itch for more and more, his mind being consumed by the temptation. He studied and studied, trying to unlock the secrets of the sun he had began to control. But eventually, he learned of an ability that would allow him to reach his full potential but because of his lack of experience as a guardian, he was consumed, his body disintegrated by the power that would one day be used by many that fought to achieve it.

My Guardian was playing a game of poker with a Fallen Captain, a Hive Wizard, and The Speaker Of The Traveler. Let's just say he was accused of using his Ghost to cheat. The Wizard and The Captain did not take kindly and My Guardian was tossed down an unmarked chasm.

He's not dead The files reads "missing in action" ... The last moments i saw him, was into the cosmodrom, he stand against all the fallen and disappear...

My guardian got really high and tried to ride her sparrow which resulted in a subsequent crash into the waterfall at the Forgotten Shores.

My guardians were looking for a Fallen Captain with intel on the secrets of the moon outside of the wall in Old Russia where my ghosts first found them only to be overwhelmed by Fallen reinforcements seeking revenge for the death of Sepiks Prime. Their journeys ended where they began and their ghosts fell with them. Now they wait in hopes that the light of the traveler will find them again and revive them for the purpose of pushing back the darkness.

My Titan was walking around the Tower, when all of a sudden, he felt weak and his vision became blurry, He knew what this meant, his time was over, he was finished, it was time for him to meet the Traveler, but before he completely faded away, he saw a vision of his futureself, being resurrected in the same spot his Ghost found him the first time, then he knew, that his Destiny was far beyond what it is now. Before he completely faded away into nothingness, he saw the Traveler in all of it's glory, and he felt peace once more.

My female Elric was walking around looking for the red light district and she couldn't stop fidgeting and shaking badly. "I- I need-- I need some badly," she spat; choking on her own words as she walked around almost mindless looking for those reds lights that could bring ever lasting joy. The male Elric from the future pops in and sees her skulking around in the dark corridors of Tower. He starts snickering. The female Elric couldn't shake a bad feeling that something awful was coming and soon after there it was- The future male Elric shaking an empty glass coffee carafe in front of her. Grasping her heart she desperately reached out screaming, "WHAT THE HELL!? No HOT COFFEE!?" She then collapsed dead. "Huh," the male Elric said shaking his head, "I killed myself thinking the whole time I was playing looking for that secret in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas." Tosses the Carafe aside and started to walk away shrugging, "It figures."

Mine was a hologram. He only had so many days before he was going to fade away. He was just an illusion. Just a tad bit of ingredients to make him. The real Titan will be fully powered and ready to bring the darkness to their end.

My Guardian was on the Moon, when thrall came from every corner of the room... Well lets just say that He went out fighting.

My Guardian is only dead in the physical sense. His body is gone. However, his Ghost has his Light within him, awaiting his awakening. He has to get new weapons and new armor, but he will still be the character I once knew. He may look different, but in character and personality, he is the Hunter I played the Alpha and the Beta with. He is alive, he is awaiting the re-awakening, the fight will finally start. The Fallen, the Hive, the Cabal, and the Vex will bow down in fear once he is done with his journey. In my Guardians last moments in that world, he knew that he would awaken once again. Maybe with no memories, maybe with an empty void inside him, however, he knew he would fight the Darkness once again. On 9/9 he will awaken. He will be reborn. He will fight back the Darkness, as all of us will. We are Guardians, beings who died a long time ago, but were brought back to life by the light of the Traveler, we are all brothers and sisters. And we will return...

I was in the ruins of Old Russia doing some recon. I was perched up on my sniper position right over by the Airplane Graveyard looking over the enemies that walk there. I spotted a fire team walking through fighting a large hoard of higher level enemies than themselves. They were all almost dead when I decided to help them by killing off their pursuers. This in turn gave away my position so I had to make a break for it. But before I could even run, I got decked out by a ogre. While on the ground figuring out what just happened and what is going to happen, the only thought I could think of is that my family won't know the amount of people I saved going through that area; and I'm ok with that. With that last thought, the Ogre fired his cannon, evaporating me into nothingness.

The dinklbot zapped me to moon dust because all I ever did was dance. I was born to dance! I was brought back to life to dance! But he said he couldn't have found a worse guardian and shot a laser right up me bum hole!
