My Legend - App issue

So I'm on the companion app and loving the vast capabilities it offers! However I've seen others have there legends showing when selecting a character but mine is still a black silhouette. Please help me. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I've updated the app and still my legend doesn't show.
