Could have been cause I didn't get to play too much xbox one version was a bit crappy for bugs I only got 2 afternoon's worth of play because I 1only play when gf ain't home and 2 had to install like 5 times because of game killing bugs, loved what I did play though except the pvp was laggy, but otherwise was awesome :)

I did find the PvP laggy also, though I have found Titanfall and Ghosts laggy also. I think the last game I played that I didn't feel laggy was Black OPs 2.

I upgraded my internet connection by more than double and it still doesn't help against most crappy connected players, worst on destiny was shooting dude with tank and they didn't even loose shields and just stood there ( I was the one in the tank btw)

I don't know if Destiny uses client side or server side hit detection or some sort of hybrid system. Client side slightly favors laggy players, server side favors low ping players.

Sorry to hear about your experience with bugs in the Xbox version. Saw all the twitter posts from Bungie, they should have extended it to compensate really. Game time seemed to be roughly 4x real time so if you were dropped in game during the day you would need to play several hours to to see it get dark. It never got really dark just what my son calls "Movie Dark".
