I'm sorry, do you mind explaining? I don't care about the taunt thing, but I'm curious why everyone keeps saying PSN isn't effected. I'm on xbox at the moment. Is it just a joke?

Why would Playstation Network be affected by the policies of Xbox Live? That's even assuming there is such a policy on Xbox Live.
