Beta's in December. They'll have to start giving us info soon.

Beta starts on the 23rd but lasts 3 weeks.

This is perfect actually. It ensures the maximum number of people participate which means two things. 1. Ultimate server stress test 2. Maximum amount of feedback for how Halo 5's multiplayer should be at launch. The Beta is a year before the game releases. getting the most feedback on the gameplay will ensure a game is made that the majority likes.

Which, when incorporated with Halo MCC stat details, will give 343i zero excuses for screwing up their multiplayer. I hope they nail it this time, but even if they don't, campaign is going to be sex. Out of 10, how interested are you?
