Darkness is the ancient enemy of the traveler returning. The Awoken are refered to as a race, similar to Humans, Exo, and Tigermen (not playable race). The original Awoken formed when they fled during the Collapse and were forever changed. [/quote] The artistic side makes them quite easy to tell apart (fat bulldozer versus flesh peeling zombie). I assume you mean backstory wise from your example? Each species has a dominate planet, but they two or three species mix all the time (Fallen-Earth, Vex-Venus, Hive-Moon, Cabal-Mars). I could detail stuff, but nothing inherently important to anything that you won't learn 2 seconds into a fight with one.
