Guilty spark vs Ghost
Now, this battle isn't against the games, it's against the characters, so please do not be biased.
Personally, the Ghost is more like a physical Cortana. But, this time it's Ghost.
Personally I think that Guilty Spark would win, shoot his laser from his eye and then Ghost blows up. That's not to say I don't like Ghost, I really do, it's just he cant defend himself a lot.

I would say guilty spark because he lived hundreds or thousands of years with the flood on his ring.lol that piece of metal is boss and cute.
