Would any 40+ year old gamers be interested in creating a clan just for us? Perhaps, we could name ourselves "The Old Guardians." Seems I join clans, and the off-topic conversations turn toward immature topics. As a 40+ gamer, I like to discuss the game, family, vacation, work, etc. I can't kill my employees, so gaming is an escape to have fun - not to listen to "squeakers."
