He was trying to say,"one of the Hunter capes says something like,"if a warlock asks tell him your cape is a made up word like "frabouslis". Warlocks respect words they don't understand" It's implying Warlocks are pretentious snobs who use big words a lot, half of which are probably made up.. I think
