It was a completely random reward from doing the Iron Banner matches you either got it or you didn't. My team got absolutely massacred and I came in only 5th on my team and I got it and the guy in 3rd on my team got a Legendary Hand Cannon while 1st place got nothing so like I said it was totally random.
