That would be nice gift to your Destiny fans, Bungie. If they got all the back ends set and done for their iOS and Android apps then it should be relatively easy to develop a Universal Windows app. I will be surprised if Bungie doesn't have any plan to develop for Windows by the end of this year and then not surprised seeing as Bungie has been distancing themselves from Microsoft for whatever reason.

  • Microsoft has the best dev tools in the business so theres no excuse other than marketshare at this point

  • Yup and this isn't even a question about marketshare. It's not like Bungie is some poor start-up in with limited resources, they're a big AAA game developer and they want their products to be on as many platforms as possible to please their entire fanbase. Building an app where the backend is already all done shouldn't be hard at all from my perspective as I develop for Windows and WP apps myself. Bungie should really get on building a Universal app if they haven't already.
