Never got my beta code

I pre-ordered Destiny from Wal-Mart and never got a beta code. I looked on the card and receipt and never got an Email or flyer. I don't know what I am supposed to do. Would it be easier to cancel the pre-order there and do it at gamestop? I contacted the retailer just have someone tell me that it wasn't their problem.

Go back to walmart and ask them. IF they cannot help, cancel and go to gamestop. At gamestop it is printed near the bottom of the receipt
