I play on both as well... love my PC. I must say tho... the PC community is generally terrible.

I guess it is easier to hate that which you don't know or don't know well enough than it is to see through the red haze and find out what you share - not the least of which is gaming. However that is only my opinion, I know some find it exciting or 'popular' to get someone to feel antagonized, instigated or hurt, not much to do there, except hope when it happens to them themselves, they will learn differently.

Yes, but my point is that I'm an avid fan of both. I don't really get into console wars or PC vs. consoles, just telling you the way I feel. Console fans tend to be more ignorant, while PC fans tend to be arrogant. The cocky attitude annoys me more than anything. I'm a gamer of all systems, I could care less about fanboys.

Arrogance vs ignorance, yes definitely agree, however, I notice a tendency of the latter becoming the first. So while, PC gamers are generally better informed on the specifics and needs of their system than console gamers, because they have to in order to get games running, elitists on both side are becoming more arrogant.

What is there to be ignorant of? Anytime i see a pc person say something it ends with pc master race. I thought about getting a pc and realized i dont want to be classified with people like that. Honestly i havent seen many arguements started by console players.

You seriously just have to look through the threads in this forum and you will find there are quite some Xbox and PS owners who are being elitist asses started arguments and flamewars as well, also ignorant. Point is you find them everywhere and just because you own one platform or another and there are elitist f**ks on that platform, does not mean everyone is one.

Console gamers are elitist towards other consoles but they dont really give a crap about pc. Then the pc people come in screaming master race. Battlefield on ultra! Pc gamers are the most vocal. Every console thing i look at has a pc gamer saying master race. You can say that you and others arent like that but you are sadly in the minority.

I do say seem though, because it is very likely a very vocal minority pulling the elitist BS instead of a majority, most gamers don't bother with related fora after all. Console to console crap, in my eyes, is exactly as bad as PC to console and, it happens, PC to PC.
