We did not have access to the bubble shield in the alpha, so as for how long it lasts, we do not know. But yes it is a super. Charging your super depends on how often you kill, if your teamates kill with their super and u collect the resulting orbs of light (1 per kill), it will recharge faster. It also recharges slowly over time.

Ok well I hope they add it to the beta so I can test it out and one more thing can you equip both the bubble shield and fist of havoc or do you have to pick between the both

During the alpha we could only have one super equipped at a time.

I dont know. It seemed pretty solid in alpha. I was confident in my super. Whichever i had equipped. I dont think youll be disappointed.
