The age of the boy's first erection.
The age the girl has her first period.

We should not go back to medieval law.This would justify pedophillia (sorry if misspelt) I believe children should have a childhood. If opposite sex an two 11 year olds have sex, if one gets pregnant it's unlikely they would be emotionally mature enough to raise a child. I have also heard growth hormones used in livestock is also being ingested by everyone. (Omnivores) through the food chain and is causing premature puberty. (children's bodies are changing before their emotional maturity) it is not an excuse to procreate just because the grass is green, do not play as I say. Jimmy Saville would of loved your idea.
