I'd take the position and... Moderate. Ban people for big time rule violations. Small offenders get warnings. I imagine I'd be a mod who does a lot of PMing about infractions and giving out warnings. Request being able to ban for a couple of days to a week. That kind of thing. Maybe try to get a system of rewards going (like titles) to reinforce "acceptable" behavior. Then I would make an alt on which I would post more casually.
