Ps4 beta is meant to launch this summer (sometime after e3, perhaps?) so I, as I assume you all are, am effing stoked to try out this game, but I am curious: what brought you Destiny? Halo fans? New to the Bungie community? Personally my choice between Xbox one and ps4 was highly influenced by the destiny beta. What is everyone's thoughts on this game, why are you excited for it?

long time halo fan but never really thought about bungie until the bate and now it's my new home. i got a xbox for halo and iim getting a ps4 when the bate hits or by the end of April. This games going to have the all the game types i play all rolled into one game cant get better then that, and it comes with a huge community of old halo players who if i say so are some of the best fps out there. really i cant ask for more in a game. well at least tell this is a few years old and changed the why people play and make games then ill ask bungie to do it again.

Sony fan till death but equally a fan of the bungie community, that fact that we're all interested enough over destiny to communicate about it before it's even out...that just makes me giddy

I've always been an xbox junkie but my experience with the way bungie handles things like their servers is what really brought destiny to my attention. Before bungie sold halo to 343 the servers rarely had any issues that I was aware of. After that point though, problems appeared that not only didn't get fixed but progressed into halo 4. Bungie does an amazing job maintaining their servers and their games. That's what got me interested but the rest of the games known details got me hooked.

I'm excited because it is bungie who's making it and because its a fantasy sic-fi shooter.
