Hello Bungie, recently contacted XBox support on an issue I had a few years ago: I logged in the Halo: Reach and went to the mulitplayer home. It then came up with a message saying "You need to reset your character to play Halo: Reach". I went back to the home and every time I opened Campaign or anything, it came up with that message. I had no choice. I would like my rank reset back to Field Marshall with the abundance of cR I had. I think it was somewhere around 50k. I had every firefight voice unlocked and every armour piece I could have unlocked (except those really expensive death effects and armor effects for like, 2 million). An agent from XBox support directed me to this forum. I mainly want this so I can play Halo like I used to, as I loved the campaign and the customizable options. Please help me restore my account!
