Batman TAS is the original and therefore the best, it's all in the same universe though so I like to consider it the same cartoon. Kevin conroy even does the voice in all of them

Beyond is second best. Justice League Unlimited is the best there's no dispute about that. But I love the contrast between bruce and terry.
