Razer products

Anyone use razer products? Keyboards? Mouse? The tartus? (The thing with the joystick, handrest, and all the buttons) are they any good? Duribility, proformance, feel wise? I'm looking into starting pc gaming, and I want to get some new stuff! Thanks in advance!

  • I have Razer BlackWidow, Taipan, and Onza. The BlackWidow I've been very happy with for the past year, but it's hard to go wrong with a mechanical keyboard. I love the Onza and am now on my third one. It's a good controller, but the rubber on the analogue sticks tends to wear out. The Taipan is the only one I'm not entirely happy with. It's a decent mouse when it works, but every time I turn on my computer I have to unplug it and wait for a while before plugging it back in for it to work correctly. With all the crap people usually talk about Razer, they actually make very solid products. The only downside with Razer products is that in some cases you may end up paying for the brand. Razer is good if you like their design, but you should definitely look at what others have to offer. For instance, Corsair, Steel Series, and Logitech all have a good reputation when it comes to peripherals.
