Dark Souls II question
Does successfully helping someone defeat a boss in co-op increase your humanity by 1 notch? i.e. the opposite of what 1 death does?
Because I had died twice, and then I helped people fight a certain Scorpioness twice, and then after the 2nd one I was human again. It's happened before as well but I can't say for sure if it is actually doing it or not.

Yes it does. The number of times you fall and turn hollow is reversed with the amount of helping attempts you do. Though if you fail there is no consequence it takes more attempts after successful ones to reverse the process if you camp one boss I believe though that last fact I'm unsure of and still experimenting with.
