Why do the weekly updates suck of late? i don't mean to be harsh, but between the two most recent weekly updates, the "community focus" and the pentathlon, we have not had any destiny news in three weeks!!! vote and comment on why you think this is.

  • Honestly Bungie probably let the cat out of the bag a little too soon with Destiny and showed too close to what looked like near finished gameplay at last years E3. And then they put the release date all the way back in September. Hype peaked to soon and now everyone, Bungie community managers included, are running on fumes. I'm sure this isn't the situation they wanted to be in and they've probably used up their best update tricks already so they're just trying to hunker down and get to the Beta so we all stop scratching our heads and arses waiting for news. Once we hit E3 and the Beta pretty much all of this weekly update craze will go away because after we've seen the beta and we know the release date is 9/9 then there really isn't anything left to update about really..
