Coolest City in Skyrim
My favorite is a tie between Riften and Whiterun.

Solitude. But Skyrim is supposed to be a harsh place to live so the cities aren't supposed to look super amazing. None are really impressive. Anvil on the other hand looks -blam!-ing beautiful.
