Discussion: The Fallen

So, with what we know about the Fallen, arguably the most well understood enemy in Destiny, I've come to find myself wondering: Are all the Fallen that we encounter Male, like with the Covenant in Halo? While this question is highly irrelevant to any actual part of the game, I'm curious. How does one Identify a Female Fallen if there are any? Do they have Breasts? If not, is there any visual cues that might give it away? Do the Two Armed Fallen have more difficulty trying to find a Mate than the Four Armed Fallen? Are the arms how you tell the difference? Are the Two Armed Fallen the Males of the species? If the Four Armed Fallen are the females, does that make what remains of their society Matriarchal? If they aren't Female then do they share the warriors code like the Elites did in halo? Or is that reversed? What if all Fallen encountered on the Battlefield Female? Is it possible then for their Houses to be like different tribes of Amazonian's? Again, this is in no way a "serious" discussion about the Fallen, instead it's the musings of your friendly B.net TechnoKat.

 • I don't think Bungie is going to be too crazy with the genders, especially with the Fallen who already have the privilege of getting four arms and the coolest deaths ever. I'd say most of the Fallen and Cabal will be their species' versions of male. However, there are a lot of suspicious-looking holes in the Hive soldiers...
