Can we be sure to see all destiny games on both playstation and xbox consoles also can your character progress carry over from the xbox 360 to the xbox one I know that destiny has exclusive content for the playstation thats fine i just need a hint that tells me to get a playstation 4 in advance thank you

If it's (1) then it could fairly possible to be a yes, transferring characters from 360 >to> Xbox one, or and PS3 >to> PS4. If it's (2) then no. Both the new gaming systems are good in their own way, I no idea what the PS4 exclusive content is or will be, but my guess is what ever it maybe will only be cosmetic i,e like some kind of dye camouflage for armour or for a gun or something like that.

Bungie has said numerous times that Destiny is across current and next gen consoles. And, in reference to your second question, guardian info may be stored online (emphasis on the may), making such a process of character transfer possible.
