Deej, when we pre order destiny and we get our beta code and redemmed all 17codes for Xbox360/PS3 then we transfer over to next gen will the beta code, pre ordered Destiny, and all 17 codes follow over to next Gen? Or do we have to redo?

Edited by TychoKai: 2/1/2014 7:32:00 PMThe "beta codes" that you have redeemed are not bound/tied to the copies of the game you have pre ordered, what will happen is Bungie will send you an e-mail at some point closer to the time of the beta asking which console/s you wish to beta test Destiny on, once you have done that they will send you a beta download code for those consoles you have chosen a little bit before beta starts. Once you have chosen A console you wish to beta test it on that will be the one you beta test it on. you should also have this below in your profile - [quote][b]Platform selection and Beta download code generation will be available in 2014. When the full game comes out and the beta is finished and I transfer over to next Gen will my guardians, weapons, and codes follow over to next Gen or do I have to redo it all over.

I don't know if our guardians character data can be transferred from current gen to next gen systems, this is something a lot of people are waiting to hear back from Bungie on. Also the norm for beta testing is that all characters and progression will be wiped at the end of each beta testing phase, it's so that everyone will start on a even playing field when the game goes live, but the people who have been in the beta will know their way around an lvl faster.
