Though there have been attempts from the two companies, an agreement has never been established. Console to PC cross-platform gaming has been successfully achieved with other titles and has a higher chance at becoming a feature IF Bungie develops Destiny for the PC. An article at Forbes states that Microsoft has hinted at this feature for the Xbox One.
