Our system works like this. Ages 15-17 are accepted as "trainees". After a game or 2 with one of our guys to assess your maturity you will be given the rank of Private.

Absolutely. We just put together our second game footage montage a few days ago. It's mostly BF4 shots. It's on YouTube under Vanguardians second montage (I think).
