So I tried building this PC on PartPicker and the result was going to cost at least $120 more than just buying it. It comes with a totally crap GPU, but I can solve that problem for about $75-100. I don't demand bleeding edge performance, I just want something that will be powerful enough to play games for the next two years.
For those on mobile, here are the specs:
CyberPowerPC Gaming PC - AMD Quad-Core FX-4130 3.80GHz, 8GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, DVDRW, [u]1GB AMD Radeon HD 6450[/u], Windows 8 64-bit, Keyboard & Mouse, (GUA430)
That graphics card is worse than what I have in the laptop I'm using right now haha.

Edited by BasementDoor: 1/6/2014 10:46:06 PMThrew this together really quickly (3 minutes) You're going to have to upgrade the psu right out of the box and that gpu wont do anything so I would just skip upgrading. Also there are tons of ways to get free Windows legally so look into that.
