Is this lawsuit really frivolous?
Should a sandwich advertised as a 'footlong' actually have to be a foot long?

2 RepliesYes and no. Bread is not an exact science, and it comes out different all the time. If you got an 11" sub instead of 12", sucks, but I wouldn't sue. If the sandwich makers deliberately and routinely cut sandwiches to an 11" length instead of 12", then yes, there's a problem.
