level 27 enforcer/technician/ghost here need capable people for bank heists and the other special missions. need to get some serious cash as i bought a mask and the game jacked $50,000 from my instant spending money(not the 20million reserve account that does nothing). i have both quick drill perks, faster running with loot bags/throw farther, etc and all 4 bags/ecm unlocked. i know layouts and tactics but the high level guys in juggernaut suits are swarm rushing.
