How do you come up with usernames?

Do you usually keep the same username for different websites, or do you make a unique one for them all?

I usually stick to one uniform one wherever I go on sites. My xbox one never changes because money. And my Steam name changes around every two weeks. On Steam, if a name pops into my head and I like it, then that's my new name. I like creating borderline offensive names or something entertaining for people to see when they kill me or vice versa. My all time top favorites are. 1. Thomas the Wank Engine 2.Beat the Meat like Butcher Pete 3.The Confederacy of Brown People 4.Big-Boobs-Benny
