Berserk is a manga/anime series which you may or may not be familiar with. If the latter is true then I'm speaking to you. Above you will find 5 minutes of the original 90s Berserk anime adaption, which in ways I still find to be superior to the new film series, but I digress. The story of Berserk centers around a mercenary orphan named Guts, who was born from a hanging pregnant corpse. Guts 'joins' a mercenary company known as the Band of the Hawk, and meets the man whose fate is tied to his own, their Captain, Griffith. The above video is taken from the first episode, which takes place after the end of the series. I'm not going to explain that. It's a bloody, obscene, degrading, [i]berserk[/i] journey that you'll have to take for yourself, if you wish.
