That's a movie mistake. A plot hole is a plot dynamic that contradicts the previously established canon of the movie, like Luke Skywalker suddenly forgetting how to use the force.

In which case I guess it's full of plot inconsistencies instead of plot holes. There's also stuff like the Bat being magically untouched by all the mobs, Batman painting a giant gasoline bat on a bridge while he's got hours left, a fusion reactor becoming unstable, et cetera.
