Ahah probably three or four years ago actually. :s I'm forgetful about the flu shot

Try to get it at least once a year. It might be better every 6 months, though I'm not sure.

Yeah for sure I think I've learned my lesson this year. They give out free ones at some marts I believe so I really have no excuse haha
