Viltre, I like you and respect you for all the things you have done. But it sounds like you are doing great things for the wrong reasons. Yes this forum has gone to complete shit, but you have made it better through your contributions. Generousness should be your motive, not fame or popularity. If you speak of right people will listen, despite what any fancy follower number says, you will be respected. For all the people that see your posts, I believe it is the vocal minority that don't appreciate it. Because I sure as hell appreciate it, Im using your dark theme right now. But please no matter what, DO NOT delete your archives. The thing that really separates this forum from so many others is the rich community and history that it had.
There is a quote that goes like this, "They say you die twice. One time when you stop breathing and a second time, a bit later on, when somebody says your name for the last time." The old Bnet is dead, yes. But as long as its history exists, it will never truly die. There will always be someone to say its name. For this forum to lose a massive archive would be like the burning of the Library of Alexandria.
So please, there will always be people thankful on this forum, even if they dont speak up. Dont destroy your contributions out of bitter revenge and vitriol.
