Technically there is no "better" fireteam and the fireteam is never set because that would require everyone to be on at the same time which is a hard thing to do.

Just like to take a moment to say I like the way you guys conduct yourselves and how things are run officially yet unofficially at the same time. I'm new around here and I'm really enjoying just reading comments like this.
