so aside from revealing some shocking business secrets, a Californian Vietnamese-American immigrant living the American dream after escaping the communists may be forced to shutdown his multi-million dollar company or move it to a different state.
after expanding to a new factory to meet popular demand 2 years ago, a small town/city is suing him and his business because they don't like the smell.
he has offers from the philadelphia city council so far.

1 ReplyI don't see the connection here. California isn't doing it, the residents of the town are. They don't like the smell, and are voting to make them leave. Your title makes it sound like there is some tax or something that is forcing them out.
