Sights Customization?
Does anyone know if we can customize sights? It seems somewhat likely, as Destiny looks to be all about customization.
And I don't mean making my dot sight into a dollar sign (this isn't CoD, GTFO). I've played games before where my gun simply zooms too much for the type of stuff for which I use it, or I'd rather have a wider dot, etc. Maybe even different colors for the dots, not really sure. I've seen multiple sights in-game, including iron sights, so it would be nice if we could change them to suit our needs.
Regardless, does anyone know if sight customization has been mentioned? If not, do you think it should be added to the game?

2 RepliesI think we should be able to a certain extent, just like our armor and weapons themselves. It makes sense that you should be able to customize everything on your Guardian, most things within reason and what BUNGiE wants to make it like of course.

Why would you not want customize your stuff.

Most likely there will be different sights with different attributes, I'm unsure about adjustments of the zoom. And seeing that you can paint your things, I see no reason that you couldn't change the color of your dot, unless they see it as a pointless customization factor. As for the dot size, I believe (unless the specific attachment has an adjustable size) that it would be key to that attachment.
