Batman vs. Goku
Goku is at SSJ3 and has all his regular equipment and is fighting to protect his planet from Batman. He can transform to SSJ4 should the battle require him to.
Batman is fighting with nothing but his suit, his utility belt, the Spectre, the Batpod, and the Bat. Oh, and Batman gets no prep time.
Who wins? This is an easy one.
