You have the ability to take the same character from beginning to end over a 10-12 year time span and all his/her stats will carry over to each game. If you put a say level 50 cap for each title, 200 would not be unrealistic by the time the final title releases. I still think they should go with no cap because in 10 years, you will be legend when you jump into a public event and people see the 777 floating around your head.
