Why is he facing life in prison? Doesn't he get a choice?

Morality is not absolute for to assert absolute morality you must assert absolute authority Appealing to that authority is a logical fallacy. If morals are not argued then there is no way to determine morality since it is neither an absolute nor native to the universe itself. Therefore the only way to assert a moral is to reason it. My argument is that you can not proactively assign rights to a human that can neither use them nor understand them. especially when that "human embryo" cannot even self sustain. you have asserted that the moment a zygote is formed the rights are there but have given no supporting argument for why this should be true. I am editing my op to this post and walking away. I will not be responding to further argument from you unless it is non circular.
