I am worried that public events may become repetitive and that people could end up being bad teammates or consoles not being able to handle sustained groups in such a large, colorful world.
I think I will still end up buying at launch, but it is something that could ruin the game's biggest draw, which is online interaction and a seemingly MMO like world.
Thoughts?

Having bad teammates happens in every multiplayer game. Its unavoidable if you aren't in a team completely composed of your clan. That was my biggest issue with Dust 514. Public matches were awful because half the team didn't act as a team. Corp battles were a different story, though. As far as handling it from a technical standpoint, I'm sure current gen (let alone next gen) consoles can handle it. We already have at least one MMO shooter on the market for all platforms. While Defiance isn't necessarily a good game by my standards, it still serves as a relevant example.
