What would it take to make you a Christian? (non-theists)

The point was raised in HM Rob's thread, in a strange manner that didn't work so well. So here's a direct question for the atheists of Secular Sevens; what would it take for you to become a Christian?

  •
"If only God would give me some clear sign! Like making a large deposit in my name at a Swiss bank." - Woody Allen
Or some other actual evidence. One of my main problems with creator religions is that science has shown us that the world really didn't need a creator, thus making those religions obsolete.

      • Yes, key words indeed. But if we look at the long line of could bees in our history, I'd say it's gonna get accepted (as most probable explanation) in the scientific community sooner or later. Just think of these: The lighting could be electricity, not Odin, We could have evolved instead of being created. The Earth could be billions of years old instead of 4000, the vase could have been broken by the cat, not the ghosts.
