What would it take to make you a Christian? (non-theists)

The point was raised in HM Rob's thread, in a strange manner that didn't work so well. So here's a direct question for the atheists of Secular Sevens; what would it take for you to become a Christian?

  • i follow my own religion, one that accepts all religions and all people. i don't believe in god but the ability to adapt and solve our own problems without begging someone else to do it. if you want to know what will make me become christian? nothing, I'm content with my own belief and don't think it needs to change, nor should you.

    • you must not understand what i said. when i said that i meant that you shouldn't force someone else to change what they believe in, or their opinion. it is a very selfish thing to do and all humans and species are equal, none is better then the other so none should try to change another.
you must not understand what i said.
You must not have written what you meant. :P
when i said that i meant that you shouldn't force someone else to change what they believe in, or their opinion.
Depending on what exactly you mean by "force," I either agree wholeheartedly with you or disagree vehemently with you.
it is a very selfish thing to do and all humans and species are equal
Again, your definition of "equal" is vague.
none is better then the other
Again, what do you mean by "better?"
none should try to change another.
Okay, this I just flat-out disagree with. All progress is fueled by conflicts.
