Jak 2 was a horrible mess. Dark Powers barely worked and you could rarely use them even though it's teased constantly. Difficulty spikes at certain areas. The final level is a huge mess where if you die you have to start the whole thing over. Metal Kor was even worse. The game is great for storytelling but the gameplay itself was just god awful. Jak 3 fixed alot of these problems. Definitely the high point in the series. The lost frontier... just no. Horrible horrible game that Naughty Dog didn't even make. I really wish they would have a proper sendoff to the series where Jak would go back in time right after the young Jak went to the future. Jak becomes Mar and becomes the founder of Haven city. Make the series come to full circle.
