problem with the distribution method != problem with marijuana itself
If you make it legal, all those shady dealers disappear because business big and small will be able to capitalize on the new market and make it safer for everyone(although, marijuana is already pretty damn safe on it's own).
BECAUSE THEY ARE LEGAL! Prohibition is what creates dealers and gangs. In a business they would simply sell the cannabis and that's that, just like alcohol and cigarettes. Do we see people killing each other over wine anymore?
Absolutely. Prohibition is an expensive waste that infringes on freedoms and only causes problems. It even makes drugs more potent and available to children.
You changed your name to "You're?" Well, at least you're aware you are the idiot. Also, before you edited your last post. How could the drug cartels profit when they have to compete with legitimate businesses? Who would honestly buy from some shady dealer over a nice dispensary? Are you serious? Also, look at Vancouver, Canada. All drugs are legal, and it's FAR superior to our terrible system. Prohibition promotes a black market, and thus, crime and gangs. You really need to educate yourself before discussing this further and embarrassing yourself even more.
