you have to remember that what I'm saying is the small benefits of recreational use more or less cancel out its small risks ( vi cavers a ).
While cannabis provides relaxation it can also set of those with a predisposition for schizophrenia. It also has a 6-7 percent chance of dependency in moderate to heavy users who use it as a self medication tool for what would normally be mild to sever depression. Regardless of the fact I smoke it I'm not going to fall into a confirmation bias. recreational use at this point with currently livable data catches a net zero overall if you want to get nit picky. Its medical uses should be given more consideration and its recreational use should simply be legalized because it makes no sense to consider a non lethal ( technically non-addictive substance ) a scheduled one drug.

What risks? Schizophrenia can not be caused by cannabis, and can be triggered by nearly anything. Cannabis can actually help treat it. Again, that's the fault of a mental disorder, not cannabis directly. It is not physically addictive such as alcohol, only psychologically which is again determined by the user's mentality. You've just said it medicates against depression, which is a good thing.
It is not physically addictive such as alcohol, only psychologically which is again determined by the user's mentality.
There are seriously advanced psychological mechanics to this. People that use it to treat depression are at a very high risk of becoming dependent on it like any other depression medication. I have been researching this for years. No need to get defensive. I'm already with legalization.

I've never denied that. It's just not the fault of cannabis, it's the fault of the individual's mentality. Which would you rather they be dependent on? I never meant to come off as defensive, I've highly enjoyed this conversation.
