You're NOT more than able to consent at 13. That's just stupid. You're still not fully mentally or sexually mature and in no state of mind to make a decision like that.
Also, what -blam!-ing awful sex ed program did you have that you think ANYONE reaches sexual maturity at the age of thirteen? I really hope you failed that class.
