Only issue is some drugs would be ok for society. Using marijuana to reduce stress. Im pretty sure we dint want everyone on cocaine or bath salts running around fighting and killing everyone. I really see no reason marijuana is illegal. Other than many jobs would be lost because of the billions spent every year on enforcement etc.
